Tip: Try to use a soft white eye pencil to highlight the lower part of your eyeline. That will make your eyes look more relaxed and bigger at the same time.

Great advice! Loads of celebs are seen doing this all the time. Another trick I like is to put metallic silver eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eyes- Blake Lively does it all the time :)
